z.one concept USA today announced availability of Back To Business, a new support program to ensure salons and stylists are prepared to successfully reopen their businesses. As salons and stylists return to work in the coming weeks, z.one concept USA is prepared to assure their customers are “in good hands” with a comprehensive loyalty program, enhanced education support system, a broad color swap initiative and a significant reduction in retail and professional product costs. These programs will lessen the financial impact salon owners and stylists face as they begin the reopening process.

 

 

Loyalty Status will be extended and available for redemption at Q4 2019 levels. Due to the first quarter of 2020 being cut short by the Covid-19 outbreak, z.one concept USA will reimburse salons at the same level as the fourth quarter of 2019. All loyalty members who qualify will receive their certificates for free professional merchandise or styling station products as soon as their business is ready to reopen. Customers will be able to utilize this valuable reward and immediately restock their shelves. The program will continue at this level through Q2 2020.

 

Targeted retail and backbar programs designed for maximum immediate financial benefit of the reopening salons. After months of neglecting their hair, returning salon clients will be seeking primary salon services, such as color and lightening, as well as looking to restock their primary hair care products.
